Since the diameter ratios of the two pulleys corresponding to each stage are different, when the I-axis rotates at a fixed speed, the II-axis can obtain three different speeds. The tower wheel speed change mechanism can be driven by a flat belt or a V-belt. The advantage of this speed change mechanism is that the operation is relatively stable and the structure is simple. The disadvantage is that the speed change is inconvenient and the size is large. This kind of speed change mechanism is mainly used in simple machine tools, small machine tools and high-speed machine tools.
