Coating closed or painted

       Sealing or painting: manual painting, roller brushing, air spraying and other methods can be used.

Sealing: The purpose of sealing the metal coating is to block the pores of the coating as much as possible and fill in the pits to prolong the service life of the coating.

Painting: Sealed or unsealed metal coatings can be painted for aesthetics or to extend the life of the protective system. The coating system should be compatible with metal coatings or sealants for easy maintenance and long-lasting environmental resistance.

Selection and construction of sealing agent:

The selection of the sealing agent should take into account: stability, permeability, transition layer, bonding force, safety, and do not increase the coating thickness too much.

Painting requirements:

A coat of sealer or paint should be applied within 4 hours after arc spraying.

The surface of the paint coating is smooth and uniform, and no cracks, pores, blistering and peeling are allowed.
