The conveying machinery spiral blade is super wear-resistant after being sprayed with cemented carbide tungsten carbide, and the coating hardness reaches above HRC70, which is especially suitable for abrasive wear conditions. During normal operation, the spiral blade will rub against the material and cause metal impurities to be mixed into the product. Therefore, it is necessary to spray tungsten carbide on the parts in contact with the material to prevent metal impurities from entering the product.
