1. Corundum fire safety products: more than 98% Al2O398%, self-bonding solid-phase calcined high-purity corundum products, the bonding phase is mainly corundum, and there is also a small amount of zirconium corundum. It is suitable for biomass gasifiers, carbon black atomic furnaces, biomass gasifiers, ammonia melting furnaces, two-stage conversion furnaces, high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature industrial kilns in the fire safety porcelain industry.



2. Modified engineering plastic high-alumina bricks: ① Low stress relaxation high-alumina bricks: For high-alumina bricks with a stress relaxation temperature of 1500°C-1550°C, a part of pe fused pipe fittings corundum and siliceous bricks can be added. The raw materials are made of low stress relaxation high alumina bricks. ②Polyphosphate-bonded high-alumina bricks: use jit or yiji high-alumina bauxite lightly burned dolomite as an important raw material, use calcium carbonate solubility product constant or aluminum phosphate solubility product constant as binding agent, and add a small amount of pe fused Analytical chemistry combined with fire safety products made of corundum, zirconium corundum, etc. Reinforcement of furniture wood panels and heat treatment at 400-600 ° C. Suitable for hot air boilers, cement kilns, heat treatment electric furnace tops, ladle, etc.



3. Corundum-zirconium corundum products: It is made of white corundum, flat corundum, zirconium corundum and other raw materials for pe fused pipe fittings, and is made by seasoning, mixing, high-pressure molding, and high-temperature industrial kiln firing. The main crystal phase of the product is corundum, and the bonding phase is zirconium corundum. It is suitable for high temperature firing kilns, push plates, bearing plates and other kiln furniture in the porcelain industry.

All kinds of corundum raw materials can be used as sand and fine particle materials to make unshaped fire safety products. According to the difference of adhesive and operation process, it can be divided into the following categories:



Refractory castables: corundum mass, corundum-spinel, corundum-SiC-C.



Refractory and ductile refractory: corundum mass, sandstone: all kinds of corundum; binder: sodium metasilicate, polyphosphate and analytical chemical binder.



Fire safety ramming material: corundum mass, sandstone: all kinds of corundum; binder: calcium carbonate, polyphosphate, etc.



Fire safety mixed mortar: used for the junction of a small piece of corundum fire safety masonry.
