The main device and its composition of spraying machine

       With economic development and changes in people's ideas, it has become fashionable to use interior and exterior wall paints instead of mosaics and tiles to decorate walls in China. Water-based latex paint has become the current interior and exterior wall decoration material because of its convenient cleaning, rich colors, and no environmental pollution.



   The spraying machine is mainly composed of a feeding device, a spray gun, and an atomization source. The source of atomization varies with different types and sprayers: the source of atomization of air sprayer is composed of air compressor, air pipe, air oil-water separator, and air storage tank; the source of atomization of airless sprayer is composed of power source , high-pressure pump; the atomization source of electrostatic spraying machine is composed of high-frequency high-voltage electrostatic generator.



   The sprayer is composed of spraying and drying. The working mechanism includes a spray booth equipped with spray heads, a leather-carrying conveyor belt, a drying system and a cleaning mechanism. After 2012, the rotary multi-nozzle closed spray room is mostly used, and the nozzles are opened and closed by ultrasonic or computer control, realizing the spraying with leather, and no spraying without leather; saving coating agent, reducing pollution, and high coating efficiency. The sprayed leather is sent to the drying area by the conveyor belt, and collected from the other end after drying.
