1. Before spraying, the workpiece should be pickled, phosphated, melted or sandblasted, and the surface should be free of oil and other contaminants. Before the official construction, it should be checked whether the recovery device is in normal operation, whether the powder feeder is working normally, and whether there is any blockage.
2. Powder coatings should be used in strict accordance with the order of batches, and products from different batches or different manufacturers cannot be mixed.
3. The compressed air used for spraying should be free of oil and water, and the working condition of the oil-water separator should be checked frequently, otherwise the quality of the coating film will be seriously affected.
4. The workpiece clamping should be properly connected to the grounding transmission part, and the fixture should be cleaned regularly to ensure good grounding.
5. The sprayed workpiece should be baked according to the specified curing conditions in time. The performance of the oven should be stable. In order to reduce the color difference, the temperature difference inside the oven should not be greater than five degrees to achieve the conditions for correct curing of the coating.
6. Do not leak the powder coating into the air casually after use, and cover or tie the bag mouth at any time to avoid the mixing of sundries. In addition, avoid storage in places prone to moisture.
7. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the construction workshop, and the grounding of fixtures and all electrical appliances should be checked.
8. Only spraying tools and necessary cables can be placed in the spraying room, and all other electrical appliances must be placed outside the spraying room. Operators need to be well grounded, and must not wear insulating gloves or insulating shoes. Check that the extractor is working properly. When the powder coating spraying room is working, operators should not enter the spraying room, and those working in dusty environments should wear appropriate masks and protective gear.
9. The ground should be kept clean within 5 meters of the spraying area, try not to sweep the floor, use a damp mop or vacuum cleaner to clean it.
10. After the spraying is completed, the staff should wash their hands and faces with hot water and soap to avoid slight corrosion caused by dust accumulation.
