Tungsten carbide spraying is a combination of tungsten carbide alloy and substrate to form a tungsten carbide wear-resistant layer. By supersonic spraying of tungsten carbide to seal industrial components, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the workpiece are greatly improved, and the performance and service life of the workpiece are improved.

Cobalt/tungsten carbide sprays such as Wc12Co or Wc17Co can be selected for purely wear-resistant applications, such as steel process rolls, wear-resistant guide rolls, etc.

In the application of mixing equipment in the new energy lithium battery industry, because the stirring shaft in the mixing equipment is continuously impacted and worn by objects, the stirring shaft is deformed and damaged. Tungsten carbide spraying Wc12co can greatly improve the wear resistance of the stirring shaft and prolong the service life of the stirring shaft.

The corrugating rollers of the corrugating machine are driven by mutual extrusion through the tooth shape. With the long-term squeezing and wear between the roll and the pulp, the change of the tooth profile makes the corrugating roll fail. At this time, the wear resistance of the corrugated roll surface can be greatly improved by spraying Wc12co or Wc10co4cr with tungsten carbide. Due to the dense tooth profile of the corrugated roller, polishing is required after spraying. Tungsten carbide fine powder (such as 5-25 microns) can reduce the spraying roughness, save the finishing time after spraying, and reduce the polishing cost.

In oil and gas screw drilling tools, due to the erosion of sediment and the corrosion of saturated brine, tungsten carbide spraying Wc10co4cr increases the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of screw drilling tools, and greatly improves the service life of the screw.
