Stock index fell slightly amid rare earth permanent magnet plate led
the downside in the Shenzhen stock market and Shanghai Stock Exchange.
There have signs of selling at low price in the rare earth market.
Beginning in mid September, the rare earth market ended the
differentiation situation, products price declined one after another led
by praseodymium neodymium products. Insiders think that policy factor
no longer have effect on the market. Under the weak demand, short-term
rare earth price will continue to remain weak.
