Carbide drill bit classification and grade:

1.YG3X (K01) hardness ≥91.5 in the tungsten cobalt titanium alloy wear resistance is the best, but the impact toughness is poor, suitable for cast iron nonferrous metals and alloys, broken fire steel, alloy steel small section of the high-speed finishing.



2.YG3 (K05) Hardness ≥90.5 Wear resistance after YG3X, more sensitive to shock and vibration, suitable for cast iron Nonferrous metals and their alloys Continuous cutting of semi-fine car, fine thread and reaming.



3.YG6A (K10) Hardness ≥91.5 is a fine grain alloy, good wear resistance, suitable for chilled cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys semi-finishing, but also suitable for crushed steel alloy steel semi-finishing and finishing.



4.YG6 (K15K20) hardness ≥ 90 wear resistance higher, but lower than YG3, impact and vibration than YG3X as well. Suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, medium-cutting speeds for non-metallic materials.



5.YG8 (K30) hardness ≥89.5 use high strength, impact resistance, shock resistance than YG6 good, but the wear resistance and allow the cutting speed is low. Suitable for cast iron, nonferrous metals and alloys, non-metallic materials, low-speed roughing.
