       From September 26th to September 29th, according to the annual plan of China Tungsten Association, Mr. Liu Liangxian, Secretary General of the China Tungsten Association and director of the office of the Chinese tungsten Association, went to Moscow to attend the thirtieth annual meeting of the international tungsten Association, at the invitation of Mr. Cai Yile, Secretary General of the international tungsten association.
