Applications of spray welding technique in valve industry

       

Based on practical experience and considering technological parameter,
bonding strength, manufacturing cost and other comprehensive factors, we
developed an advanced spray welding method for valve industry, it is oxygen-acetylene
spray welding process.

Except
the cost
advantage of oxygen-acetylene spray welding spraying coating, the coating is
typical as-welded bonding, with excellent bonding strength, the bonding
strength between coating and substrate is up to （39-42kg/mm2）the strength of smooth appearance. It’s
especially suitable for those equipment which with harsh requirements and
working under severe environments because the coating alloy materials ﹙Ni-Co-WC﹚have the advantages of
abrasive resistance HRC65-72
and high
temperature resistance. It’s hard to control the temperature when spraying a big workpiece, then affecting the stability of operation. The
shortages of the spraying technique limit the range of application in
