       Recently, scholars have proposed a preparation scheme for the self lubricating and wear-resistant coating of tungsten carbide containing modified graphene.



The modified graphite containing tungsten carbide spraying powder containing the self lubricating and wear-resistant coating is prepared, including the following steps:



Step 1: weigh a certain amount of modified graphene / nano tungsten carbide composite material and disperse it with a certain amount of anhydrous ethanol after ultrasonic treatment, and obtain the mixed solution of graphene / nano tungsten carbide composite material.



Step 2: weighing a certain amount of tungsten carbide / cobalt powder, mixed solution of graphene nano tungsten carbide composite material is added in step 1 above obtained in the vertical mixer, under normal temperature conditions in a certain speed stirring time of modified graphene / nano tungsten carbide composite materials and tungsten carbide / cobalt mixed solution;



Step 3: get the modified graphene / nano tungsten carbide composite material and tungsten carbide / cobalt mixture solution by vacuum freeze-drying method.



Step 4: prepare tungsten carbide / cobalt coated composite powder with modified graphene in the above step 3, and prepare tungsten carbide / cobalt self-lubricating wear-resistant composite coating with modified graphene on the surface of cleaned and sandblasting parts by thermal spraying process.



The study found that the use of the preparation of composite wear-resistant coating material of graphene modified tungsten carbide self lubricating additives, graphene nanosheet uniform and dispersed in the coating, the friction in the process of continuous exposed graphene formed on the wear surface of graphene self-lubricating transfer film, so as to reduce the friction coefficient of coating to improve the wear resistance of the coating, and can be applied to existing easy wear parts, the wear resistant effect, can also be applied to the piston rod of aircraft landing gear or engineering machinery hydraulic components (piston, piston, connecting rod), for the current generation of hard chromium electroplating component, which can not only avoid six chromium particles the pollution of the environment, but also greatly reduce the friction coefficient of the coating process of friction and wear rate, can be in worse working environment, and improve the service life of the parts.
