Up to now, the high purity tungsten parts for the ion implanter have been tested by the end users, and the service life of the products is about 1/3 longer than that of similar products provided by pranci. The high performance tungsten heater has been applied in the examination of the core components of a major project in the nuclear industry, which ensures the reliable examination at high temperature and long time. The application of high purity heteromorphic tungsten crucible in crystal industry, such as Shanghai institute of optics, Chinese academy of sciences, will greatly improve the quality of crystal growth and greatly reduce the cost of long crystal. Ultra-high purity tungsten target is being tested by Applied Materials, the most representative semiconductor equipment company in the world. The development of a new type of structural tungsten bias filter module for nuclear fusion developed jointly with the institute of physical and chemical technology of the Chinese academy of sciences is progressing smoothly and has received continuous funding from the ministry of science and technology. It is understood that all kinds of products show excellent market prospects, will greatly enhance China's semiconductor and other high-tech fields of international competitiveness. The technology is also being applied to other refractory metals besides tungsten, such as tantalum, niobium and rhenium.



Through the complete cycle process, the secondary resources of strategic refractory metals such as tungsten are fully and high-end utilized, and high-tech products such as special electronic gas WF6, ultra-high purity tungsten components and high-purity tungsten powder are formed. The application scope covers semiconductor, atomic energy, aerospace, medical diagnosis and treatment and other fields. In addition, the whole process has no harmful emissions and is environmentally friendly, which overcomes the environmental problems in the previous secondary resource utilization process.
